Rock, 43, surprised this 30-year-old gentleman, who has Down syndrome, in a new video posted earlier this week.
The clip starts at the local Clarkston Union restaurant with McGurk still dealing with how much he wants Kid Rock being at his birthday party. What happens next is actually something this fan won't forget.
