Lindsay Lohan won $150k in damages from a clothing company following the settlement of a case concerning alleged past due royalties.

The 27-year-old celebrity had been in dispute with 6126 over the line of leggings which she had been contracted to advertise. She had claimed to become owed $1. 1m.

RadarOnline reviews a court doc saying that: "Agreement is achieved for resolution coming from all claims among parties. Payment to come in by Defendants to Plaintiff in the sum of the $150, 000. Documentation to get completed and stipulation intended for dismissal filed within 30 days. "

The company had counter-sued Lohan intended for allegedly failing to advertise the leggings effectively, but this settlement was made within her favour.

And she might have started spending the particular proceeds already, because she's embarked upon a trip to the Cannes Film Festival 2014 by private jet - and has been keeping the woman's followers on Instagram updated with the string of selfies.

Lindsay Lohan states that she suffered a miscarriage in the taping of her reality TV series.

The 27-year-old celebrity made the disclosure while in Sunday's final event of "Lindsay, " the OWN channel series.

Lohan said this miscarriage was the reason she was disable to appear on the program in one point. She said that she was sick and disable to move.
