Chris Brown could soon be on father duty.

The hotheaded recording artist and dancer, 25, has fathered a now a 9-month-old girl, reports TMZ. The baby’s mother is really a 31-year-old former model called Nia.

Insiders say which both Brown and Nia, who have reportedly known one another for years, have a platonic relationship and there's no formal child support contract.

Brown’s present girlfriend of 4 years Karrueche Tran, with whom he’s had a rocky relationship, hasn’t openly commented about the news.

Days ago, Brown had been denied entry into Canada because of “immigration issues, ” stated a Live Nation rep. Because of this, shows in Montreal and also Toronto were canceled.

In mid-January, Brown’s probation (stemming from his '09 assault upon Rihanna) had been revoked. Nevertheless, a judge has permitted the “Fine China” singer to stay free. A hearing is scheduled for March 20.
