Garth Brooks is amongst the best-selling artists ever. Brooks recently released a whole new single titled “The  Call.” In true Garth Brooks fashion, the singer is checking about the track and how it relates to a possible divorce between him along with his wife Trisha Yearwood.

Garth Brooks can be one lucky guy. Between one of the very successful careers throughout music history, a loving family as well as a beautiful wife, Brooks has everything. However, he almost lost of these pieces in the early 2000s. Brooks’ newest single together with his wife Trisha Yearwood is focused on a rough patch that the couple went via, as he told Country Aircheck during a recent interview.

"It's about the period in a romantic relationship when you make the decision whether what you've got is worth preventing for, or is it just easier in order to call it 'friends' and exist from there. Everybody goes thru this; Miss Yearwood along with I were down the middle of it in 2002-2003."

It is that style of stark honesty, combined with song's barebones effectiveness, that add so much basis to the monitor. Brooks also spoke regarding the decision to not have access to a band in it during the documenting.

"We tried cutting this song which has a full band but kept returning to the Wynn effectiveness where it's just like two people talking to each other. The echo-type piece on this is something I have not seen since 'Mockingbird' with James Taylor and Carly Simon. I love how unique this kind of song sounds then when you bring it because of just two voices as well as a guitar, the talk happens. "
