Born Shirley Temple on April twenty three, 1928, her varied career took her from being a film and tv actress, singer, dancer to becoming appointed US ambassador to be able to Ghana and Czechoslovakia.
Temple began her movie career in 1932 at age three, and in 1934 found international fame inside Bright Eyes. Temple was the recipient of awards as well as honours including Kennedy Center Honors and the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Life Achievement Award.
